Acknowledgement of Acceptance

I, as the legal representative of the company, declare that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions that must be complied with by the Participants of the Halal Accelerator Tool (HART) program.

I also agree that my personal data that has been submitted and / or will be submitted to HDC can be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

I also agree that I shall contact HDC, as the case may be, to access, correct, delete my personal data or withdraw the permission given above.

I understand and agree that any action regarding this correction, repeal and / or reversal of permission may affect the communication between me and HDC, and may affect the implementation of the Halal Accelerator Tool (HART) program.

I agree that HDC will not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations related to the Halal Accelerator Tool (HART) program as a result of my correction, repeal and / or revocation of this permission.
